3. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee if the letter generated is not relevant to your stated situation. Contact help@rentdefend.co.uk to request a refund.

4. Use of your data

We collect the information you provide to generate your letter. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Limitation of liability

RentDefend is not liable for the outcome of any dispute or legal action. We make no guarantees about the effectiveness of any letter generated. Use at your own discretion.
