We collect information you voluntarily provide: your rental situation details, email address (if provided), and payment information (handled by Stripe — we never see your card details).

How we use it

Your information is used solely to generate your dispute letter. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Case data is stored securely in Supabase (EU West - Ireland). Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact help@rentdefend.co.uk to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use minimal session storage to remember your questionnaire progress. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
